Partial registration database outage -- from Lee

Hi, All.

Subject: 6/2 - 6/3 CNET registration will be partially down

Body: Hi everyone, Starting on 6/2 6PM PST through 6/3 9AM PST the CNET registration will be partially down (this is not exclusive to the forums).

During this down time, members will NOT be able to
do the following:

-- New members will not be able to register.
-- Current members will not be able to update their CNET registered account, such as changing their e-mail address, changing their passwords, or anything that involves editing your CNET account. However, you will
be able to edit your profile page.

Other than what has been listed above, you will be able to log in and out of your account and post
messages in the forums as normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused during this outage (but not to trolls who can't create new identities -- DK)
