Part screen showing.

Hi all,problem with my sons computer i think.
When he put his game on the top of the screen was at the bottom can you please explain how i can sort this out,thank you.

"When he put his game on the top of the screen was at the bottom". That's not a very clear description of the problem. In fact, it's a totally unclear description of the problem.

Sorry,when he goes online and he is about to play,the top section of the game is at the bottom of the screen.If you look at the screen and there is a man standing there his head is at the bottom of the screen.I'm not doing to good at explaining myself am i.

If the system works perfectly before any "game playing" then the settings for the online game aren't either set right or the defaults setting are off. You will need to configure the game setting that best suit or reflect what is needed. If all this is Greek to you, then explain in "detail" what game, system and etc. is being used. Also, if the game platform has a "forum" to discuss issues, see if they can resolve or provide tips/hints/clues for a fix this also maybe known as online support or look for that.

Something to do with the modem what ever that is.
Friend popped around and fixed it.
