Part of my IE & MSN have gone on Vacation ...:<

OH BOY!.. I am the only person on my Computer.. unless friends stop by and want to check mail or Similar... so I had one name that logged in ..
However for some strange reason when I logged into Messenger & Hotmail.. the pages looked like work in Progress.. Hotmail wouldnt let me do BCC and as for chaging the colour of my Font.. forget it.
So I sent an e-mail to MSN for help, I got a reply I was overjoyed.. some help is onhand.. No1 person asked questions so I replied as best I could.. and sent it back ..I then got a reply from No 2 Person . asking the same questions.. so I replied again .. I then got another answer from No3 Person (I was now asking myself dont these people READ what is written in previous mail). I then had a brainstorm :> I would Print the page that looks like works in Progress and send it to MSN because THEN they could SEE what I am talking about.. as a Picture is worth a thousand words they say... by this time I was up to Person no6.. and sending Pics like a Person Possesed..Guess what!! Finally I got Person No7 who informed me that at MSN they were not allowed to 'view' Pics.. and sent me Detailed Instructions of what HE wanted me to do.. Printed said Instructions out.....7pages.. by now I was in a lather of mental sweat as I am very much a Puter Idiot.
I had a Puter Boffin come around , he played with my Puter for 3 1/2 hours and the end result was I am now the SECOND person on my Computer in a different Nic but same sign in and wait for IT everything in IE works and my Messenger also works but if I go back into my other nic it is still all 'work in progress looking'
Would anybody have any idea why this has gone all 'Weird' on me? I run Ad-Aware... Spybot and the full Nortons that I run religously.. I am not a Porn site Peruser or any other 'funny' places.. so this has got me stumped.
Many thanks if anyone takes the time to read this as compared to all the other Problems this is a weeeeny one
