I'm a mac user and have Parallels Desktop installed with Windows 7 as well. Looking for the best Virus / Security software to run on both systems.

Answer
Define what is "best"?

There are too many definitions out there so one person will ask it detect all threats (so far, nothing does that), another person wants it to be free (good, we can do that) and another wants an antivirus for MacOSX (wait, don't we need a virus first?)

Tell more.

Avast! It has a free version and a paid version. The free version is quite serviceable. Also enable the one that Microsoft provides with the OS. That one, I forget what it's called is serviceable as well.
