Pantech P9060 help

On my android phone, Google suddenly says "my browser is no longer supported" - but I can't install Chrome, because my browser is no longer supported!  : (      A catch 22.   I can't access the google play store, because an error says: "There are problems with the security certificate for this site - the name of the site does not match the name on the certificate".  Clicking on my "Market" icon, gives me an error: "A server error has occurred. Retry, or cancel and return to the previous screen".  I'm blocked at every turn!  My google account is fully sync'ed, but now I'm not getting mail. YouTube also gives me an error: "There was a problem with the network [410]"  My wifi bars are gray - instead of the normal blue, but I can access internet sites like Facebook.  Also getting an error: "Google Talk authentication failed".  I've tried deleting and reinstalling my google account. Hard reset of the phone. I've downloaded the Google Play Store App, but I get the error: “There is a problems parsing the package”. I've also downloaded Google Chrome from another site – with the same error message. I've cleared the cache and data - from everything I can think of.  Still no joy. Can anyone help me? : (

Which Android?

Also, be sure to check your date/time setting as well as the DNS.

This is technical and as such you must be adept at this work. Or back to that service counter.

If the Android version is indeed too old and you can't install Chrome then see if LineageOS is supporting your phone.
