Panosonic ZR1/ZR1K

Is there much difference between a panasonic DMC ZR1 and a DMC R1K?
I am going camera shopping this weekend.

If you go to Panasonic's website you will see there are 4 different ZR1s: ZR1S, ZR1K, ZR1A, ZR1R. The only difference between them are the color of the body.

That's it. So if the the reviews are positive for the ZR1, they should apply to the ZR1K?

Unless color affects performance then it should be the same.
