Panel question about the LN32A550?

Jan 31, 2009 1:33PM PST

When I saw this on display at Circuit city, it looked great. But, now after having it for a week or so, I notice that it is looking "pale". When watching the news, all of the tv anchors look very pale (almost albino). If I try to turn up the color or tint to correct for the skin tone, then everyone looks like they have bloody or purple lips.

Also, I notice a lot of motion blur. The response time on the Samsung website is listed at 5ms. But, according to AUO (my panel is a AUO T315HW01 V0 as seen through the vent grills), this panel has a response time of 6.5ms. How does Samsung determine or rate the response time?

Unfortunately, as I bought this through Circuit City, taking it back or exchanging it is not possible, so, I am stuck with it.

Also, I am in the process of trying to get a good calibration CD. How accurate is the "Blue Mode"?

To be honest with you sir if the issue occurs on multiple sources and you have tried resetting the unit call 800-Samsung for service. No Further troubleshooting can be done.

As for the Ms question i don't quite know maybe HD Tech will idk....
