This looks like a false positive detection -- VirusTotal only shows one flag for the file:

Our product management team also tested the download in a sandbox and it was reported clean there as well.

False positives are often triggered by additional, optional third party apps that may be offered within the desired software program's install wizard.

It's always a good idea to review each screen of the install wizard to be sure you are not overlooking any such offers, and to be sure you are manually opting out of or declining any such offers that you do not want, before proceeding with the installation.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
