Panda Titanium not compatible with service pack 2?

ALrite, heres my situation

I try to install PANDA ANTI VIRUS. Right after I install the program, I get a LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY error... how can I get this fixed?

My guess is that service pack 2 has something to do bout this.
