Panda ActiveScan

Can anyone tell me why Panda ActiveScan won't fix viruses for free anymore like AVG?

I have used the Housecall with Active-X but not the other one using java. I will try.. I used BitDefender but said they couldn't delete one with C:\Program Files\AIM\Sysfiles\WxBug.EXE=>wise0008. Do you know what I can do about this? Thank you!

Would I be better off to delete AIM altogether?

That is your choice. If it's

not something that you use all the time, it wouldn't be a bad idea. If you DO use it a lot, be careful with it, there are a lot of viruses going around through AIM, MSN messenger, etc. Don't click on any kind of attachments or popups if you do use any of them. IF you remove it, then do it through add/remove programs in the control panel and then scan again to make sure the other thing is gone.
