If the reset clears it up you may want to ask Pana to replace their defective product. It looks like it's been broke for some time.

Can any one help me with the following problem I am having with my player. When I start Netflix from my Panasonic remote, as the movie I pick starts, there is no sound. I have contacted Time Warrner, and also Netflix but neither say it's their issue. I then contact Panasonic and because my system is older than 24 months, they want to charge me for support, but they won't gaurantee a fix. Has anyone else had a sound problem?
