panasonic plasma tcp50s1 vs panasonic plasma th50pz80

Is it big difference in black level and PQ between tcp50s1 and th50pz80
not in specs but real world?What are your recommendations.I bought th50pz80 few weeks ago and now i have doubts.

...is to do a side by side comparison, with confidence that you are using the same source material under the similar lighting conditions to get a feel for what your eyes and not written specifications say.

Personally, I'd avoid the PZ80 series unless you were getting an incredible deal. The newest Pannys are getting generally favorable reviews by consumers as well. I see ABT has the newer Panny you list for $1597 with a rebate available if you purchase installation services.
What sort of price difference are you seeing?

They've improved a lot of things including

1) Better black levels

2) Better color accuracy out of the box

3) More energy efficient

4) It's a 2+ yr old model
