panasonic lumix zs3 battery problem

all of a sudden i am getting a error message on the screen "this battery cannot be used " then the camera switches off , i bought a new battery charged it fully same result.This camera has worked perfectly for the year since i bought it any ideas???

Is it a Panasonic battery and is it the right model for this camera?

Supply Panasonic model numbers if you want members to double check.

yes proper panasonic battery supplied with camera from new model number....DMW-BCG10PP......THIS HAS WORKED OK TOOK 50 PICS LAST WEEK JUST STOPPED SUDDENLY !
