Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1K Using this cam for concerts?

by CryMeARiverJT / March 27, 2007 5:09 AM PDT

I've been having the hardest time looking for a small digital camera with huge zoom capabilities and good picture quality/price. I've settled on this one. How well is it going to take pictures at concerts? (thats all I'll use it for) Also does anyone know if it sets off metal detectors?

I don't know if it will set off a metal detector at a concert but instead of the TZ1K, you might want to consider the TZ1S.

K means black
S means silver

Most concerts don't want professional photographers taking pictures.
They don't worry too much about amateur photographers.

According to a few people that have posted on this forum, they tend to error on the side of caution and tell their security people that large cameras and/or any black camera indicates that the photographer is a professional.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
