Question

Panasonic KX-TES824 Disa problem

Apr 30, 2019 3:20PM PDT

Hello, I bought an used TES824 and im trying to program it.
im using the KX-TE maintenance console and an T7730 phone.
What I need is to have Disa start with an OMG message that tells the customers to chose 2 options.
Option 1 directs the call to reception
option 2 redirects the call to an outside number(my cellphone) .
I managed ot enable DISA , record a message, but when I press 1 or 2 as the selected options it always gives me a busy signal.
I have 2 CO lines and 3 jack lines.
I managed to get the Disa working properly and if I chose the correct option it transfers me to the correct line.
But I cant get the 2nd option to work properly. I cant get it to call my cellphone.
Any ideas?

Its the holidays for a few days here and when I called the distributor on the last working day, they want me to send them the phone central, so they can fix it for me and send it back to me. Which pisses me off, cause the next time some **** happens i will have to do it again and be without a phone central for a week or so. And pay them also again.

There is an option to forward all my calls to a CO. But when I use it , it doesnt work for some reason. All of the rest I did, i just need this quirk fixed Happy

Not the dist, but the maker. This sounds too similar to another story and it was out of date firmware.
