Panasonic FZ 5 recommended telephoto lenses and flash

Jun 26, 2005 6:32PM PDT

I just recently bought a Pansonic FZ 5 and was wondering if there were any good telephoto lenses out there i could attach to it. Does anyone know of any good flashes too? Thanks

Panasonic does not show any conversion lenses available for this camera.

It does not have a hot shoe - so there are no external flash units available.

Aren't there any third party telephoto lenses or external slave flashes?

If there are any conversion lenses available you will find them on eBay. There are several outfits selling conversion lens kits. I don't know if they have made one for the Panasonic FZ5.

As for slave flashes, I recommend you go to
www.porters.com and have them mail you a free catalog.
They have a large selection of slave flashes.

Their catalog contains much more information than their website.
