i need help please, i don't know how to finalize the disk so i can watch it on my computer...

I've run into situations where there was no dvd camcorder to do the finalizing. ISOBUSTER allowed us to reach into the disk and copy the video file out.

Do you have the manual?
The instruction manual on-line says:
1) Press the DISC NAVIGATION button
2) Press the MENU button
3) Choose "Finalize Disc on the "Disc" menu screen, and then press the play/pause button
The disc will be finalized.
4) Choose "Yes" (in the dialog box that says "Further recording on this disc will be impossible. Finalize?)
5) When Finalization is complete, the Disc Navigation screen of all programs will appear.
Important Note: Do not finalize a disc recorded on this Palmcorder using any other device.
No recording can be done on any DVD-R disc that has been finalized.
If the disc in the DVD Palmcorder has already been finalized, you cannot choose "Finalize disc".
Be sure to use the AC adapter/charger when finalizing disc. Finalization cannot be excutedusing a battery pack. If finalization is interupted by power turning off, the disc will not finalize correctly or it may be damaged.
The time to finalize the disc that appears on the "Finalize Disc" screen is only for reference.
The shorter the recording time on the disc, the longer it will take to finalize.
Sounds like someone out there knows a heck of a lot more than I do, please help! I transferred my mini DV's from my camcorder to a CD. Now I am trying to figure out how to finalize them. (no manual) I found the screen that shows "disc protect" is OFF and "finalize status " is UNFINALIZED. I just can't figure out how to change these to ON and FINALIZED. Can anyone help me out?
