Panasonic DMR-PWT520GL DVDR advice required.

Have a Panasonic DMR-PWT520GL DVD Recorder. It is 3 months old and has worked well. All of a sudden the TV channels dropped out of the DVDR and I couldn't retune the recorder. I contacted Panasonic and have (under warranty) had, what I have been told a new tuner installed. When I re installed the recorder not all channels were found and the TV signal was poor.

The set up was
TV aerial into RF in on the DVDR.
RF out on DVDR to TV
HDMI from DVDR to TV.
This has been the setup since new.
I was told by the repair center and Panasonic that my TV Signal was too strong and therefore the DVDR could not tune correctly and did not offer any further assistance.
I have since removed the RF out to TV and have now found that the DVDR is tuned perfectly. When I connect the aerial directly to the TV the signal is perfect. Issue is when I connect the TV via the DVDR and watch via the TV input the picture is perfect but as soon as I turn on the DVDR the picture on the TV freezes. I have tried different leads etc to no avail. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I should go from here.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
