Question

Panasonic Digital Cordless phone KX-TG8061E answering machin

there are only 4 messages on the answering machine (minimum5 mins). the machine will not take any further messages yet the instructions say it will hold 64.
what can I do?

Look in the manual for a reset.

I look for a factory reset so I can set it up again and if it fails to hold a lot of messages, make it a warranty call.

Also, there may be some other limitation like to get 64 messages the messages would have to be very short as in 5 seconds each. If you don't limit the message length I can see how this could be less than 64.

.....this is primarily a cellular phone forum. You should search the internet for your specific make/model help. Are any of the stored messages very long (several minutes) ??
