Panasonic 600U series/Cable card or no cable card

I've been fighting off the urge to buy a 50" 60U because I really want a cable card slot. Does anyone know if the 600U models will have one? I've seen the beautiful Italian market Panny brochure, but since they don't have cable cards, it's no help. If the 600U has a slot I'll wait till the're released. If not, I may have to buy the Toshiba 50HP95 that my local BB just put on sale. Cheers

panasonic site indicates that the 600 series have the cable card slot. I'm waiting for the 42PX600U for that very reason and PIP is a plus.
