Paltalk's unsuccessful subscriptions

Is it just me or is there others that find it easy to obtain a Paltalk subscription but extreamly difficult to get tech. help?
I'v always held on to the edic of "pay the cost to be the boss", in this case I went for been the boss to enjoy the pleasure of useing one off Paltalk's quality services that it's offering. NOT! Two weeks later I'm still waiting for Tech help to enjoy my $59.95 premium service.
