Palm IIIxe - lost original CD

Mar 20, 2005 10:51PM PST

I am reformatting my hard drive and do not have the original Palm Pilot software. Can I copy the files and folders on my PC or do I need the install program? How can I get another copy of the start-up CD? I couldn't tell from the Palm website. I am running Windows ME.

An earlier reply from a IIIc user suggested that you try the palmone.com software - did it work? I couldn't find any software for the IIIxe on that site. I would really like to find some free software....have you found any yet?

There is no "Palm IIIxe" software.

The Palm desktop software works with almost all models so looking for just the IIIxe will be fruitless.
