Question

Paid subscription for Malwarebytes

Feb 13, 2015 9:10AM PST

I purchased Malwarebytes last November. Unfortunately, I had to reformat my hard drive (once again - due to Windows 7 Professional not loading correctly). I have the Malwarebytes Reference and Invoice number. I need to download it again. Help!

I've used it twice and no problems. First off I had a thorough research on it and found nothing adverse. Then I tried it and scanned the butt off my computer with clean results. Then I picked my six faves and downloaded them and saved Ninite to my desktop.
A further check a few days later listed them as up to date and skipped. Will they go to the darkside?

Malwarebytes Premium

Unfortunately, I only downloaded Malwarebytes when I originally purchased it a few months ago. How do I get this reloaded back onto my computer? On top of that, I can't find the email with the registration key. Isn't there a way CNet can see that I purchased the product through my email address alone? (I copied Malwarebytes onto my external hard drive backup. There must be another way of getting this info.)
Thanks in advance.

Where do I get my old email?
Feb 16, 2015 8:01AM PST

Since I use Gmail I hit the gmail.com and search for the registration there. It's that simple.

I know of no way to copy an installed Malwarebytes off the HDD to an external. That would be far from complete such as registry and other items.

The only thing I have is the actual invoice for my purchase which only shows me the invoice number and reference number. Unfortunately, I don't have the email with the product key. I'm sorry but this is all I have. Help!

I just found a "contact us" link to the customer service support. I sent them my copy (via PDF) of my invoice. Again, thank you so much for all of your assistance.
Kind regards.

Yes, this is what I am hoping. I got two computerized responses! In that email, they're telling me how to "copy and paste my key." Ugh?) First of all, I don't have the key this is the problem! (Obviously, my email wasn't "read.") All I have is my invoice, which I attached as a PDF. As I had written to customer service that I had to redo my entire hard drive. I think I know how to copy and paste considering the fact that I reformatted my hard drive myself!) I am truly at wits end here.
