Buyer protection

In reply to: paid for it ...where is it?

I am not sure what you are referring to, but in the US, if you purchase anything with a CREDIT (not necessarily so with DEBIT) card, and you are in any way not satisfied, you can call your CREDIT card company and tell them that you ar the victim of a fraudulent merchant. They, by law, will immediately credit your account and charge back the merchant. It is up to the merchants to prove that the charge is good and recover payment. If you use PAYPAL and pay for the items with your charge card, you have this protection.

You stated: "I paid for your coolticker w/paypal, yo came back with message cannot verify info so you didn't give me a place to register".

Who is "YOU"? I understand that you're trying to get what you paid for, but since this is simply a forum with a group of individuals who know nothing about what you are speaking, it would sure help if we had some more information.

Doing a search for "Coolticker Downloads" comes up with a lot of possibilities. Click on the link below to see some of them:

Google Search for "Coolticker Download"

If you happened to have paid for the program at the CNET Download Center, then the link below might help you contact them: Help Center

Hope this helps.
