Paging all Simpson nerds. I need your help.

I lost my favorite picture of the Lionel Hutz ad. I do not know what episode it is in. I own seasons 1-8, but I cannot find that ad. The Lionel Hutz web site I got it from is gone. I did find some information about it on www.snpp.com . The ad I am looking for has the following information. KL5-SUEE (the extra "E" is for our extra fee!). It also has the offer for a free smoking monkey, but it is not in the episode "Marge in Chains". Please Help.
