page filing/virutual memory

Could someone tell me how to set my "Page File Size" within system properties/performance options/virtual memory to the best size.

I am running XP Pro with P4 3GHz, 512 DDR RAM, 120G HD.

I have looked on the net at what people have said, but everyone seems to recommend something different. So, if someone could clear this up for me I would greatly appreciate it.

Just let Windows manage it, and don't worry about it. Honestly, the performance gains you'd get from messing with it are so negligable only the obsessed tend to worry about it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
