Page can't be displayed

When I go to the Internet sometimes I get "This page can't be displayed". I click the Refresh key and the page will show up. This does not happen every time but does anyone know why and how to fix? Not a big problem but annoying. Thanks for any help.

There may be various reasons showing this kind of message, but most probably the target server not responding or maybe your internet service provider blocked that site.
