I am recieving mroe packets than sent out. And when this occurs, i have very slow, if at all, access to the internet...any suggestions?

To get a web page for instance. You send one request which may fit in a few packets but the web page could be a thousand packets.

Your question about packets was answered so this discussion ended.

However, your new post should contain all the details. No one I know except Karnac might guess what's wrong given your last post.
