Packet loss problem

Dec 22, 2013 4:30AM PST

I have this problem for about 6 months.
When playing War thunder my normal packet loss is about 10%( it should be 0%) but it often gets to 100% and it disconnects. Ive noticed that when that happens sometimes my internet loses connection , but fixes after short time. Browsing is also affected. When opening websites with lots of pictures it takes time to load. Please help!
Thanks in advance!

Oddity?
Dec 23, 2013 9:11AM PST

" Anchorfree HSS VPN Adapter " looks odd so ask your support what's up with that.

In closing, it's still pretty sparse details. Remember that packet loss is fine, especially over WiFi. The Internet Protocol is designed to resend as needed and WiFi is shared air space so only your newest networker would claim it's dropless.
