PAC Files

I recently found the following file in the "local settings/Temporary Internet files" : glproxy.pac.
I tried opening it, but the computer said it may be a "malicious code" and chose not to run it. Can somebody tell me what it does, is it spyware/virus?

You can manually delete what's in the Temporary areas with wild abandon.

Are you using the good stuff?

Hint: Adaware, Spybot, Cwshredder, Housecall?
