If the memory is incompatible that would be time to get some from Crucial.com

Running windows 10 pro 64bit using 4 x 4gb sticks all the same. Only shows 4gb ram installed. There are 6 dimms and I realize there are slot allocations for using less then 6 sticks. Using all three blue dims and the black one closest to the processer. Wondering if there is a setting in the bios or a jumper on mainboard to change this. Any help would be awesome. Bought this mainboard used and this is my first build in 8 years and noticed technology has changed a ton.
