"Question is can this processor be put in a M/B that is H/T Ready if bios is disabled?"

It's just English... If the BIOS is disabled, then the machine/board will not boot since there is no BIOS. If you are referring to the HT feature, it can be in either setting and work fine.

"2nd questionis I have 1G of 333Ram Ultra and Kbyte,I want to swap this stuff to a M/B that supports H/T and Ram until I upgrade processor to H/T 800fsb unit"

For the 533MHz FSB, yes. But when you go to the 800MHZ HT CPU, you need 400MHz or PC3200 DDRAM and if you want the best effect, then you get a PAIR of exactly the same make/size/model of RAM.

",,,,can anyone advise on good choice M/B,fairly priced?with autobios update.P.S I'm a gammer, and touch on web design."

I wouldn't do this. Here's why. EM64T is almost here and this will change the landscape again with you having spent your money on some old board. In fact, have you noticed the new 775 LGA CPUs?

It may be time to close the wallet and sit on it.
