A CD-R disk, after the disk session is closed, is a one-time only disk. I see no indications that the program you mentioned can do what you suggest after the CD is "closed".
On the other hand, most CD-burning software allow for repeated burns on CD-R's that have not been closed. This type of process is called "multi-session" and most software supports it including Roxio and Nero.
Hope this helps.
is there a burning program that does this besides burnquick?burnquick does not support all cd burners.
