Oversize toner cartridge

Samsung 1710D3 Toner Cartridges are nearly $90, so I happily ordered 2 from Neximaging at $44.95 each. Shipping and handling were fine, but I can't jam one into the printer because the end contacts are 1/32 inch too far apart. Apparently these are generic, but the cartridge reads "Samsung" and appears to be an exact copy. The Neximaging website return policy is frightening and their 800 phone number is over-full and won't accept messages.
I am out $100 and suggest you reconsider this company on
