Overheating Issue

I have a HP Pavilion D7 4065dx (AMD Phenom II N830 Triple Core 2.10 GHz 2GB RAM, AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) that is overheating. I have disassembled it, thoroughly cleaned the fan, removed and replaced the thermal paste on the heatsink yet it is still over heating. It can easily and quickly rise to 200 degrees F. Any help would be appreciated.
