Overclocking Done Right

I've been searching around for a good, CURRENT article or book on overclocking. I am well aware of how to overclock, and run most of my hardware OCed, but I usually only mess with the frequencies and multipliers, so I'd really like to learn how to adjust the voltages and timings as well. I attempted to "learn by doing", but that resulted in a fried MOBO. Does anyone know any good sites, articles, forums, etc? or can someone brief me on how to adjust them without frying my computer?
