OUTLOOK2003 "Operation-failed. An-object-could-not-be found

SEND/RECEIVE: New Setup - "Failed - Cannot find Object"????

I just downloaded OFFICE 2003. After I setup email and tested successfully. I performed a successful migration with Intellimover, however the email settings for outlook did not go through.

I set up an account for my son Tino and set up the email account accordingly. ... I tried sending my first email through new Outlook .. and it said "Operationed failed. An Object could not be found" In all my years I have never found this error message.

What does this mean and how do I correct so that I can start receiving and sending email normally as I have on my other computer?

I tried another sugggestion I read here which advised to check in email tools then view and edit addresses and see if an address book is there, if not add it, if yes, delete and redo it. But this failed for me. It continued
the same error message. I also reviewed new mail profile - no success
Please help. I invite someone to remote assist to resolve to help my boy

Spaniard,

You give three variations of the error message, and all are different and none are exact. That's not the best way to find them with google or the mskb-search!

This could be applicable, it seems: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=312354

I also just today just used Intellimover on a new WinXP PC, upgraded to Office 2003 using CD's. All folders from old PC moved over to Outlook 2003 but get same message using Send/Receive. Have tried many attempts to recreate profile (using Earthlink pop3 settings) as per Microsoft knowledgebase. Decided to use Outlook Express which is working properly for now. Will be attempting to get Outlook working later but for now at least I'm up and running.
