My bet is this address is in your Contacts.

I'm using outlook to connect to our exchange 5.5 sp4 server.
Now here is what I'm having a problem solving. XP/2000 cache the global address book from exchange. I have chaged one of my users logon and exchange informaion on my domain/email. But 1/2 our clients (internal) have cached the old email info and when they compose a new email to that user and begin typing his name in the To: it auto displays his name and when they send it to that name it bounces back. How do i clear the cache on Outlook???
