You should use your installation cd. At the begining they ask you how do you want to sync with your computer, if you want to do it through the palm sync or the outlook sync. You choose outlook and follow the instructions, when you finish your information will go to your desktop computer. Later you should uninstall the Clie in your desktop and install the other software and sync again. Hope this works.
