OUTLOOK SPAM FILTER

Aug 4, 2005 2:31AM PDT

All of a sudden my computer is sending emails (even the ones from C-NET) to the Junk Mail list. I have not identified C-Net as a Junk Mail sender. How do you tell Outlook that a sender is NOT a Spammer?

Over-blocked E-mail
Aug 4, 2005 12:59PM PDT

Did you somehow change your Junk E-mail options to High or to Safe Lists Only? I have mine set on Low, which catches obvious spam, leaves questionable mail for my decision, and does not block CNet or other safe senders.

If you do want to keep yours set on High, simply add CNet and other senders whose mail want to receive to your Safe Senders list.

Hope this helps

Frank

What I did
Aug 5, 2005 12:45AM PDT

I did as suggested, went to organize.. but still could not see a solution, so i went to the rules and set up a rule for the emails that lately have been sent into spam, for them to be routed into the inbox.
Thanks for your help!
