..by using separate user profiles which require a separate log in. With separate log ins, Outlook creates separate .pst files which contain all the contact and message data.

Hi, another Outlook question, please.
In the process of making that move from simple old AOL to the real world, I want to have separate contact address books & separate email access available for myself & my partner, without having to create & use separate Windows user accounts. It is by no means obvious how I might go about this, as there seems to be only one list of contacts, and only one Inbox/Outbox.
