There's no relationship between .pst files and mail accounts. You can setup your current configuration to use all your mail accounts.

About two months ago I downloaded Office 2010 Beta and it has worked well until a couple of days ago...Outlook would hang up and become unresponsive.
Internet searches indicated that creating a new profile in Outlook would be the solution...
This is close to being the fix, but I still have a few issues that have eluded me this weekend...
I can not send and receive on the account I connected to the old .pst data file. I have run the SCANPST on the file, but I still get the error:
Task 'name@company.com - Sending' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'
AND
Task 'name@company.com - Receiving' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed.'
I can see and manupulate all the old email messages in this old .pst file, but I can not send or receive mail on this account. The other accounts work fine.
Also,
With the old profile my three email accounts "shared" the Inbox, Deleted, etc. folders. Now each account has its own set of folders. I liked it the old way better....
I am truly a novice and could really use some advice to get me up and running.
