Outlook Save-As path to be changed

I need to change the pathway of the SAVE-AS from Outlook 2002. Word Doc attachments arrive and need to be placed unopened at 3 levels of folders into Shared docs, not My docs which it always offers. This is v common for me. I want them to go from Outlook straight to the destination folder first time. How to change it?
(I am one user of 4 users in XPSP2, and am the Admin. Only my user's Outlook needs to be changed.)

After some close reading, I'm afraid the proposed method only works in Outlook 2003, not in XP/2002. It might be worth a try, but be prepared to undo it.
And the solution for Outlook 2000 seems to 'move' more than only the Outlook save as folder.

A different solution then, replacing three clumsy clicks to 1 easy click: place the folder you often save to in the Places bar (the bar at the left side of the Save As window). tells how it's done.

Or switch to Outlook 2003, if you prefer so.

Hope this helps.
