OUTLOOK.PST ERROR

I can not do anything with my outlook email. I keep getting the error unable to write to ... outlook.psf. Data Error: Cyclic Redundancy Error.

How do I resolve this without losing my vast (unbacked up) email folders and files?

It may be that your Outlook Personal Folder file .pst is corrupt. See if this helps;
