Hi I have Outlook 2007 and sometimes when I reply to an e-mail next to the sender e-mail the Date sent appears and if the user tries to send the e-mail I does not get delivered. Below is an example >> sammuts@hotmail.com Mon Nov 22 14:16:45 2010

That's a big clue. The issues with that are legendary.

It may not be acceptable but I have said users migrate to gmail or live.

You can try it in another Windows account on your PC (to see if it's an issue with your current account). And you can try it on another PC to see if it's an issue with your PC.

Let's look at Microsoft advice on corrupt profiles (their definition is vague but it's when one account is not working as we expected!)

Read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811151

Notice that no KB article has ever tackled how to correct a corrupted profile. MSFT's advice for over a decade is to abandon the account and move to a new account.

- the PC for all accounts. Then try reinstalling Outlook.
- or just this account. Then see if you can find the differences with another account, or just switch.
