Errors 0x800CCC90 / 0x800CCC92 indicate a problem logging unto the mail server. Your password was rejected and user authorization failed. So, go to Tools>Accounts>Mail>(account)>Properties>Servers and check account name and password. If everything is correct, wait a day and see whether it rights itself. If not, something is amiss at your ISP. Call support.

If you can access your email from the web, I'd make sure it's up and that your user/password are valid.

If that works, then I'd do what PapaJohn suggests in his response.
