Outlook/MSN help

I want to begin using Outlook 03 instead of MSN. How do you transfer all the folders, e-mails, tasks, address book, etc from MSN to Outlook. Thanks

Can you explain a little bit? Outlook is a program, and MSN is a website (www.msn.com) different from hotmail (www.hotmail.com) and there's even a hotmail button on the www.msn.com page. But that's all I know.

What's the last part of your email-address (like hotmail.com in moulthrop@hotmail.com). What program do you use to access your mail and tasks? Does Internet Explorer work for that?
Can you find a help button when you're logged in in your mail? Search for 'export' and see what you find. To retrieve your email, search for 'pop3' to see if a web-based mail has a possibility to connect to a normal pop3-mail client like Outlook.

MSN is also a program and a service - not just a web site. Probably has Verizon with MSN. I wish I could help you, but I'm not sure if MSN uses pst files (which Outlook does).
