Question

Outlook Messenger by Srimax Softwar System

Oct 7, 2013 3:26AM PDT

I would like to learn anyone's experience with Outlook Messenger by Srimax Softwar System. Is it legit? I tried installing it - but it doesn't quite work correctly interoffice. I'm worried about viruses, etc.
Is this a safe product & vendor? Thank you

What is interoffice?

I see a LAN solution but it should not work for instance if the offices are across the internet.

Bob...We have a few offices, and others working from home. We currently use Yahoo Messenger to communicate quickly with each other. Someone mentioned Outlook Messenger - which I assumed was a Microsoft product when bought 20 licenses...then found out it wasn't - so I got scared & removed it. here is the link I bought it from... http://www.outlookmessenger.com/OM/lan_messenger_download.aspx

I bought the Outlook Messenger (7.0) For Windows I had trouble setting it up beyond the 3 people in my office. It would not show a unified list....
Frustrated & afraid it will give us viruses.....
Thanks for your input!
