Question

Outlook keeps downloading read e-mail

Apr 3, 2012 11:02AM PDT

I've got Kaspersky Pure, and I keep getting a message: Previous application launch failed. Then my inbox fills up with old e-mail. I delete it, and when Outlook checks for new e-mail, it all comes flooding back. I deleted over 18,000 e-mails from my inbox, and it's still happening. Help?

Is there an option in Outlook to 'Delete emails from server". Most email software has this and once downloaded to Outlook this should delete the email from the server so it cannot be downloaded again.

Outlook Delete emails from server?

Couldn't find it. Windows Live opened up, but didn't see anything about deleting from server. I'll see if Kaspersky can assist. Thanks!
