Outlook Express (which comes free with the Windows OS) is only a mail tool. It does not handle appointments or contacts (other than a mail list of people).
Outlook is the more versatile mail, contacts, appointments, note taking, calendar, and journal tool. Also it comes included in the MS Office suite. (I believe you may also buy it separately.)
You might also find other non-MS tools that might perform all your desired functions that come as share or freeware.
I am not endorsing any product. I have my own desires, but what I have just said is not intended to be indicative of what I do use.
Which one is better for quickmail downloading, contacts, engagements and all other features?
